New 2012 Volvo S60 in Las Vegas

The Volvo brand may drum up adjectives like bland, boxy and boring - well time to push those ideas aside, as the 2012 Volvo S60 is anything but. The sporty, curvacious, modern coupe-like sedan is one of the best in it's class.

The 2012 Volvo S60 is offered in three trim levels - the T5, T6 and T6 R-Design.  The entry level T5 includes 17-inch wheels, heated mirrors, dual-zone climate control, power-folding rear headrests, Bluetooth, and 8-speaker sound system with CD, HD and satellite radio, AUX jack and iPod/USB audio interface. The upgraded trim levels adds on features like leather upholstery, auto-dimming rearview mirror, adaptive bi-xenon headlights, sunroof, and more!

Three different engine choices are offered on the 2012 Volvo S60 - depending on trim choice. The T5 gets a 2.5-liter turbo-charged inline 5 that puts out 250 hp. The T6 gets a 3.0L turbo-charged inline 6 that produces 300 hp and 325 pound-feet of torque. The T6 R-Design gets a more powerful version of the same engine good for 325 hp and 354 pound-feet of torque.

2013 Volvo S60 Hits The Las Vegas Streets

It seems difficult to think Volvo could improve on the 2012 model year, but they have once again stepped up their game with the 2013 Volvo S60 . Some minor tweaks have been made to the T5 engine, as well as the addition of all-wheel drive as an option on this model. There are also updated package options and more standard features, such as automatic wipers and headlight washers for all trims, and keyless ignition/entry and sunroof on the T6.
