I was planning to add an additional vehicle.  I contacted Volvo of Las Vegas.  I visited  the dealerships and let them know exactly what I was looking for and my price range.  Rocky was knowledgeable  and not pushy.  I was leaning towards buying a Lexus when I got a follow up email from him.  We talked and after that discussion, I decided to go with the Volvo.  I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 , wrote a check, signed papers, and was out the door in 45 minutes.  WONDERFUL!

Just to tell you how pleased I am with Volvo of Las Vegas.  I had reason to talk with Larry Hamilton, their New General Manager, today.  Not only did he quickly resolve my issue but he is very professional and open, easy to talk to?.I now know why Volvo of Las Vegas Customers are so loyal.  Yes, people do make a difference and Larry is the best.

I appreciated the way Volvo and the dealership staff handled my concerns with the tire issue on my car.  I am eight months pregnant and knew they stepped back and helped me, understood what was wrong with my car and repaired the problem quickly.    I am now  a loyal Volvo owner.

The financial Department  was the best.  The Finance Manager, Les Richmond, really knew how to make the experience a relaxing one.  He even talked about  his  Volvo Collection.  He is  an asset to the buying experience for a single, nervous female.  I have told other females about Les  and the rewarding experience.  Thanks Volvo of Las Vegas.  Please share this with him and his manager.

I have been very pleased with the sales and service at Volvo of Las Vegas.  I have purchased two previously owned cars from them.  I have always received good advice from the staff.  Perhaps most importantly, they have not sold me anything I didn't need.  As a result, I have trust  in them.

Our  salesperson, Rob Kitchens, lives fairly close to us and he certainly went out of his way to give us service. He picked up the car this afternoon and took it back to install an iPod player that they did not have yesterday and we got it put it in and he brought the car back. That's service, definitely. Rocky is an excellent Internet Manager. The manager of the entire dealership was very visible and made his presence known, gave it a personal touch. I felt it was a rewarding experience. This is the third Volvo I have purchased and out of all of them this is the best customer service with the ordeal of finding a vehicle followed through on top of that. Customer service was top-notch.

I purchased my previously owned Volvo at Volvo of Las Vegas  and I have always been treated extremely politely and with courtesy and respect.  Very, very happy.  My service  writer, "Laroyne" and "Nora" who drove me home and picked me up, were extraordinary professional and courteous.  A+.

I have a lease vehicle . My family, I guess, this is our fourth Volvo purchased from there. I'm the only one that has ever leased one. My mother, my sister and I have had nothing but incredible service and follow-up, they get right back to me. They have taken me at a minute's notice when I did not even have an appointment. Also, the dealership is close to me and they know me by name and my family.

Our experience was very positive both at the time we test drove the car and again when we returned to purchase.  I was also in phone contact with German, after our first visit and he was very responsive to questions and followed through on everything we asked him to find out for us as we searched for a car.  After working through various options, we felt that Volvo of Las Vegas gave us the Best  v Value for our money on the final sale price for the purchase of our car.  And, now 1 year later still do.

This was the first car I bought by myself, as a young lady, I wanted to consult my father when purchasing. They were very patient about this and even at one point put my dad on speaker phone so we could all talk, included him on all the emails and made sure he was completely satisfied with the purchase, as well as myself. I called many dealers looking for that special part for my P1800.  When I called Kevin and the guys at Volvo of Las Vegas, all it took was one call and my hard to find part was on the way to me.

That is what I call a great Parts Department.  I will continue to use them for all my needs.  I live 300 miles away in Arizona and they treated me like a neighbor.  Impressive.
